Just like a recipe, pranic healing protocols have recommendations built-in to assist the healer in achieving rapid results to kick-starting the body's innate ability to heal. Clients can either follow the recommendation or spread out the suggested schedule. The key to achieving results in anything is to be consistent.
Arriving at your session freshly showered adds an extra layer of relaxation both during and after your healing session. Avoiding water for up to 12 hrs. is recommended to allow the fresh energy applied during your healing a chance to assimilate, circulate, and heal the etheric body.

I have high blood pressure. I don't like baths or I'm not a bath person. I hear this all the time. You can easily create a salt scrub with your favorite shower gel to get the job done. Daily Meditation Practice: I will not leave you hanging there! Practicing meditation can be as simple as taking time to do deep inhalations and mentally affirming your mood for the day. In those first 10 mins in the morning just after you swing your legs from the bed to the floor is a priceless opportunity. Verbally say out loud with heartfelt conviction how you want your day to go. Formulate an image that coincides with your words. Something like-- "I will be present and focus on listening to those I interact with today." You can see yourself interacting with co-works, family, etc., and listening intently while they are speaking to you. Have the same intention for one full week. It is amazing what you will realize about the individuals and yourself as you listen to them. This practice forces you out of autopilot. If you find yourself wanting to think of the groceries you need to purchase or the dishes that are in the kitchen sink. Do your best to keep pulling yourself back to what they are saying. This is training your brain for a longer practice (meditation listed below). I have been asked many times about what meditations I recommend. The answer is: It depends. When you are first starting out, keeping yourself on a schedule is key, Apps help you take a pause during your busy day--just make sure they are used consistently and at the same time. Try using them as a time to check-in and reaffirm your intention that morning.
If your schedule is more flexible and you have 20 mins, I recommend Master Choa Kok Sui's Meditation for World Peace. This meditation, also called Meditation on Twin Hearts, is a staple practice for all serious Pranic Healers with many of my clients who practice it having their own life-changing story around it.
It's a dynamic meditation pushing you to lift your leg higher when faced with life's stumbling blocks.
